Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She won her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more proud of her placing. Ariel was competing against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way feasible. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
